I am excited and humbled to be the principal of Discovery Oaks Elementary.   I am thrilled to be a part of such a vibrant and dynamic community.  I have already been impressed with the passion, dedication, and commitment to excellence that resonates within Discovery Oaks Elementary.  

I bring with me a wealth of experience as an educator and administrator with a deep-rooted belief in the power of education to transform lives. My vision for Discovery Oaks Elementary is to build upon its already outstanding reputation and ensure that every student is provided with a supportive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

I strongly believe in fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication among all stakeholders. I value the partnership between the school and the home, and I am committed to working closely with parents to create a shared vision for the success and well-being of our students.

It is with great excitement that I write this letter of introduction to you as one of the Assistant Principals of Discovery Oaks Elementary.  I am honored to have the opportunity to help lead a school with such persevering students, an extremely dedicated staff, and a supportive school community.  I feel very fortunate to be part of this school and to support the staff, students, and families.

I have been dedicated to education for more than eleven years.  I have worked in various roles with students ranging in age from Kindergarten through 6th grade. I have had the opportunity to serve as a school and district leader in many capacities.  I am thrilled to bring my skills as an educator and leader to Discovery Oaks Elementary School and work with you as an educational partner.

  My Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education K-6 from Bethune Cookman University and a Master’s of Educational Leadership K-12 from St. Thomas University.  I am excited to unite my experience, openness to learning, and child-centered approach to support our students.  I firmly believe that relationships between teachers, administrators, and families are vital to the success of our students and school I look forward to working with you all.
